Privacy Policy

Parce (parce.ie) is operated as an Irish sole trader. We publish information guides on energy, motoring, and home services for the Irish market. You can reach us at hello@parce.ie.

If analytics are enabled (and you've consented to cookies), we collect:

• Page views: which pages you visit and in what order
• Referrer: where you came from (Google search, a link, direct)
• Device type: desktop, mobile, or tablet
• Browser and operating system: general category only

This data is aggregated. We cannot identify you from it.

If you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address only. We use Mailchimp to manage the list. Your email is used solely to send the updates you signed up for.

• No names, addresses, or phone numbers (unless you email us directly)
• No payment information. Parce has no payment processing.
• No user accounts. There is no login on Parce.
• No health or financial data
• No location beyond country level

Parce uses one type of cookie: analytics cookies, which are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner.

If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. We store your preference in your browser's localStorage so we don't ask again.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting.

You have two options:

Clear your preference: Delete the parce-cookie-consent key from your browser's localStorage (Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage). The cookie banner will reappear on your next visit.

Block all cookies: Most browsers let you block cookies site-by-site in settings. This will prevent analytics loading regardless of your consent choice.

If you've signed up for email updates and want to unsubscribe, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.

• Mailchimp (email list management): only if you've signed up for email updates. Mailchimp's privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Vercel (hosting): your request IP is processed by Vercel's edge network. Vercel's privacy policy applies.
• We use no other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services at this stage.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we hold very little (just your email address if you've subscribed), these requests are simple to fulfil.

Email hello@parce.ie with any data request. We'll respond within 30 days.

If we add new services that affect what we collect, we'll update this page and notify email subscribers if the change is significant. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last updated.
